Trevor Carlson
Trevor Carlson is a recent graduate of Cleveland State University completing a degree in Human Resource and Labor Relations. Before starting at LeanDog he was a intern at a start up company in the Cleveland area. At LeanDog Trevor spends his day as the people person, recruiting new employees and placing them, when not working with people you can find him working on learning and development, developing new strategies for classes or organizing and implementing classes that are offered. Trevor is passionate about being a life long learner and while he is new to Agile he hopes to learn all of its practices working for LeanDog. In his spare time Trevor likes to play guitar and loves to spend his free time with his wife and cat.

The Dog is Otis, Jon Stahl's Bull Dog. Otis and his nephew Iggy can be found lounging around the boat on most days. When they feel like a little activity, Otis is an avid skateboarder and Iggy loves to surf. Yes, really, he loves the water and he loves to surf.
