Tim has been in IT since 1995 and developing web applications since 2004. His primary strength is Java/JEE but he enjoys working with and learning a number of technologies, including .NET, Ruby and Grails. He has worked in the public and private sectors, for organizations of various sizes, but most enjoys working with a small team of enthusiastic and dedicated Agilists.

The Dog is Otis, Jon Stahl's Bull Dog. Otis and his nephew Iggy can be found lounging around the boat on most days. When they feel like a little activity, Otis is an avid skateboarder and Iggy loves to surf. Yes, really, he loves the water and he loves to surf.
