Joel is a generalizing generalist with a diverse background ranging from hardware support in the retail industry, to business intelligence and database administration, to software development, to entrepreneur, to Agile/TDD/ATDD coaching.
Joel’s affinity for Agility is rooted in a deeply held belief that happy people make better stuff. Accordingly, Joel enjoys helping teams and individuals up their game, practice continuously, deliver better software, and just generally be happier. Joel loves pair programming, loves team ideation and learning, and loves writing and speaking.
