While I'm strongest in Java / Java EE development, I try not be too coupled to any language or technology as I see all technologies as tools whose purpose should be focused on delivering quality and value fast and effectively.
Experience has taught me that some of the key ingredients to any successful project are clear communication, the right amount of technical tenacity and aptitude, and Esprit De Corps.
My passion and pragmatism for high quality, high value software have led me towards Agile practices and principles, and led me to LeanDog.

The Dog is Otis, Jon Stahl's Bull Dog. Otis and his nephew Iggy can be found lounging around the boat on most days. When they feel like a little activity, Otis is an avid skateboarder and Iggy loves to surf. Yes, really, he loves the water and he loves to surf.
