Story Decomposition & Release Planning
Starting with the features identified from our story map and MVP definition, we add detail for consumption by a development team. Our story cards provide the foundation for planning and tracking our work, including an evaluation of risks and dependencies. We include the whole team to ensure sizing, initial design and architectures are understood.
